*Caring for the health & safety of our guests and employees is our first priority.

While we consistently maintain high standards of hygiene in our property, we have implemented additional measures in response to the Covid -19. These measures are in place to mitigate any potential risks and are under ongoing review.

A few of the many actions taken by us to ensure a safe stay :

Safety features
  • Staff follow all safety protocols as directed by local authorities
  • Hand sanitizer in guest accommodation and key areas
  • Process in place to check health of guests
  • First aid kit available
  • Access to health care professionals
  • Thermometers for guests provided by property
  • Face masks for guests available
  • Air purifiers (all rooms)
Physical distancing
  • Physical distancing rules followed
  • Screens or physical barriers placed between staff and guests in appropriate areas
  • Single-room air conditioning for guest accommodation (all rooms)
Cleanliness & disinfecting
  • Use of cleaning chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus
  • Linens, towels and laundry washed in accordance with local authority guidelines
  • Guest accommodation is disinfected between stays
  • Guest accommodation sealed after cleaning
  • Hand sanitiser (all rooms)
Food & drink safety
  • Physical distancing in dining areas
  • All plates, cutlery, glasses and other tableware have been sanitized
  • Delivered food is securely covered

COVID 19 - Health & Safety Regulations

1.Guests who are going to stay in the hotel are required to provide one of the following upon entry:

[a]Covid-19 vaccination certificate or

[b]Covid-19 recovery certificate or

[c] confirmation of a negative PCR or rapid test for COVID-19.

Minors aged 4 -17 years old are required to provide a negative self-test.

 

2.Customers entering La Suite & Grand Balcon restaurants are required to provide

[a] Covid-19 vaccination certificate or

[b] Covid-19 recovery certificate

Minors aged 4 -17 years old are required to provide a negative self-test.

 

3.Customers who would like to sit outside on the balconies of La Suite & Grand Balcon are required to provide one of the following

[a]Covid-19 vaccination certificate or

[b]Covid-19 recovery certificate or

[c] confirmation of a negative PCR or rapid test for COVID-19.

Minors aged 4 -17 years old are required to provide a negative self-test.

 

4. At conferences and events, all attendees must provide a Covid-19 vaccination or recovery certificate.

 

Please note that:

The PCR test is valid for 72 hours

The rapid test is valid for 48 hours

The self- test is valid for 24 hours
